1. These terms

These terms govern your use of adibeam.com (the “website”), operated by AdiBeam Solutions Pvt Ltd, A-145, Sector 46, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Our consulting and implementation services are governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement signed by both parties. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the services it covers.

2. The website is information, not an offer

Everything on this website — service descriptions, delivery frameworks, indicative timelines and engagement models — is provided for general information. It is not a quotation, a proposal, or an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a contract between us. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.

Indicative figures such as typical engagement durations are estimates based on our experience. They are not commitments. Actual scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing for each engagement.

3. Third-party research and statistics

Where this website cites productivity, ROI or adoption figures, those are findings published by independent third parties — each is labelled with its source and links to the original study. They describe outcomes reported in those studies. They are not results achieved by AdiBeam, not representative of any particular client, and not a prediction of what you will achieve. Results depend on your processes, data, systems and adoption.

4. Our services

We provide AI readiness assessments, platform selection and strategy, implementation and integration, process automation, training and adoption programmes, and managed AI operations.

For each engagement, the specific scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, payment terms, timelines and dependencies are set out in the signed agreement. We perform our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with professional standards for IT consulting in India.

5. Artificial intelligence: what we can and cannot promise

Our work involves third-party AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Claude by Anthropic and Google Gemini. You should understand the following before engaging us.

• AI outputs can be wrong. Generative AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased or fabricated content. Outputs require human review before being relied on, and we will design workflows accordingly. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of unreviewed AI output.
• We do not control the underlying platforms. Their capabilities, pricing, availability, model behaviour and terms are set by Microsoft, Anthropic and Google, and may change or be withdrawn. Your use of them is subject to your own licence agreements with those vendors.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. We agree success metrics with you at the outset and report honestly against them, but no efficiency, cost, revenue or ROI figure is warranted.
• Regulatory compliance remains yours. We will build to the governance requirements you specify, but you are responsible for determining what your sector’s regulators require of you.

6. Your responsibilities as a client

Delivery depends on you providing, in reasonable time: access to the relevant systems, data and personnel; accurate information about your environment; timely decisions and approvals; and any licences required for the platforms being deployed. Delays or inaccuracies on your side may affect timelines and cost, as set out in the engagement agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, images and code are owned by AdiBeam or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or exploit any part of it commercially, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

For engagements, ownership of deliverables, pre-existing materials, and any licence granted over our methodologies and tooling is set out in the signed agreement. As a general position, you own your data and the configuration built for you; we retain ownership of our underlying know-how, frameworks and reusable components.

8. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during discussions and engagements is treated as confidential by both parties and used only for the purpose it was shared for. This applies whether or not a separate non-disclosure agreement is in place, though we are happy to sign one.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, place excessive automated load on it, scrape it systematically, or submit false, abusive or unlawful content through our enquiry form. We may block access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

10. Availability and links

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where we link to third-party websites we do so for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdiBeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of this website.

For paid engagements, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement. Where no such limit is agreed, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, subject to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a signed engagement agreement.
